Ended Journeys and recent declines remain visible as locked sections on Basic; ZYRA One lets you revisit the latest ten of each. These are viewing limits, not deletion of your history. Linked Guardians includes your Main Guardian. Each Guardian uses their own membership; a link does not include a paid Guardian account. Unlimited describes the membership allowance, not an exemption from safety rules. The updated allowances and advertising are being prepared for launch.

An accepted link and Journey permissions apply to both memberships. Planned access controls let a Seeker withdraw View or Chat from an Additional Guardian per Journey; Chat requires View. A Main Guardian retains required View and plan-enabled Chat while Main. Payment never creates a link, makes someone Main, or grants unrestricted access.

What is a Seeker?
A Seeker is the person using ZYRA to look for a suitable marriage partner. They have their own profile, account and decisions.
What is a Guardian?
A Guardian is a trusted person who supports a Seeker through the appropriate parts of their Journey. Their account is separate, and the Main Guardian leads the designated family decisions.
Does my Guardian see my messages?
Guardians can see the Journey conversations their role and your permissions allow. They do not get your private compatibility answers or access to unrelated Journeys.
Can one Guardian support several Seekers?
Yes. Each relationship is linked separately, with access determined for that Seeker and their Journeys. Being linked to one person never grants access to another person’s account.
Can I use ZYRA without a Guardian?
You can begin creating your profile and exploring. A Main Guardian is needed for the parts of an active Journey that require Guardian involvement. ZYRA will tell you when you need to link one.
How does ZYRA Family work?
Choose up to ten Seeker One and ten Guardian One memberships independently. One or two cost the individual monthly prices. Three save 5%, four save 10%, rising by five percentage points per membership to a maximum 40% from ten onwards. Basic one-time products are separate. Everyone keeps their own account and privacy. The calculator illustrates planned prices; Family checkout and allocation are not open yet.
What is Compatibility Unlock?
It lets a Seeker reveal their overall alignment score for a potential connection. It is based on their answers and priorities, without sharing either person’s private answers. It is a starting point for understanding, never a promise of a successful marriage.
Is ZYRA a dating app?
ZYRA is a Muslim marriage platform. The experience is built around thoughtful consideration, structured Journeys and appropriate family involvement.
What happens when a Journey ends?
A respectful ending can be a clear and useful outcome. ZYRA gives people a structured way to reach a decision rather than treating every ending as a failure.
Is Basic free, and which plan has a trial?
No. Seeker Basic and Guardian Basic each have a £9.99 one-time fee. ZYRA One — Seeker is £29.99/month with a planned 14-day trial after verification; ZYRA One — Guardian is £19.99/month, with no Guardian trial. A Family trial is not established. Purchases and trial activation are not open yet.
Does paying give a Guardian access to every Journey?
No. An accepted link and Journey permissions still apply. An Additional Guardian’s View and Chat eligibility depend on the Seeker’s permission; Main Guardian authority is separate from membership. The current conversation view is read-only. Commenting, message sending and Guardian Network availability are not implied by paying.
When will ZYRA be available?
ZYRA is currently in private testing. There is no public download or confirmed launch date yet. You can email us to ask about early access.
